Track B: Pushing New Boundaries

What does meaningful inclusion look like in a world shaped by systems, regulations, and constraints? Across industries ranging from technology and gaming to nonprofits and multinational corporations, organizations are increasingly being challenged to design experiences, policies, and platforms that are safer, more accessible, and more empowering for diverse communities.

Bringing together voices from the nonprofit, startup, legal, and corporate sectors, this panel explores how inclusion and accessibility can be approached not as limitations, but as catalysts for better design, innovation, and participation. Speakers will share perspectives on topics ranging from age-appropriate digital access and online safety for children, to workplace inclusion initiatives, accessibility advocacy, and designing for underserved or underrepresented communities.

The discussion will also examine the tension between regulation and innovation, and how organizations can navigate evolving social expectations while still creating engaging, scalable, and impactful experiences. Through real-world examples and cross-sector insights, the panel invites audiences to rethink how empowerment, equity, and access can be intentionally designed into the systems and communities we build.
