Tina Arcilla works on embedding inclusion into Manulife’s culture, processes, products, and services across Asia. She convenes cross-industry conversations through the Asia Inclusion Summit Series and Manulife’s Iconic Partnership with The Valuable 500, a global organization working to end disability exclusion.

She spent a decade leading the Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Network (DIAN) at Community Business where she developed deep expertise in research, facilitation, and designing transformative learning experiences. Tina has also collaborated with Press Start Hong Kong, developing two DEI boardgames used to build empathy and spark dialogue.

She believes inclusion should feel real and a little disruptive – challenging norms, sparking honest conversations, and reimagining systems so everyone can truly belong.
