Sophie Azlan’s love for games and game development has been steadily cultivated since her teens. That love turned into a burning enthusiasm and motivation, where she graduated university as an award-winning game designer and was inducted into the Game Awards’ Future Class 2022 cohort.

Currently, she participates in the industry as a lecturer of game development at University of Wollongong Malaysia, co-founder of indie studio Make with Friends, council member of OutCrowd Malaysia, and advisor for Playing Ground Malaysia.
