Min Kian is the Lead Modeling Artist with over 12 years of experience at Passion Republic, one of Malaysia’s game development studios. In his current role, he is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the Modeling department, as well as driving the team’s technical and creative growth.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to several acclaimed titles, including Hogwarts Legacy, Batman: Arkham Knight, Shadow of the Beast, Mortal Kombat X and 1, Injustice 2, and many more.

Beyond studio work, he is passionate about education. He spent over 4.5 years as an educator at The One Academy in Malaysia, teaching Character Modeling and helping shape the next generation in game industry.
