Megan Tan is an game designer and producer passionate about creating holistic gaming experiences for all players. Having a diverse background in multidisciplinary design, she brings a unique perspective to delivering complex game projects through a human-centered design lens. Her strong love of combining impactful games with meaningful experiences have led her to exploring the limitless boundaries of games in her design journey.

In her role as Program Lead at Games for Change Hong Kong, she strives to bridge the gap between games and impact through organizing events and building communities. She is also a Women in Games ambassador, in which she is dedicated to amplifying the mission of building a games industry where everyone can play, work and thrive.
